One of the goals of this site besides saving the Tamaroa is to promote our maritime history and heritage. To this end we have been and will continue to collect information about historic vessels that have been restored that you can visit (and in some cases sail on) in the United States.

Simply select the class of vessel from the index column on the left of this page. Please note we have listed Coast Guard vessels first -- as the Tamaroa was in the Coast Guard for the majority of her career, we felt that it would be nice if the Coast Guard was listed first, for once!
