Foundation Membership

Membership in the Zuni Maritime Foundation will support all the efforts to restore this ship and keep her operational. Foundation members represent our most loyal and dedicated individuals. They see the value of historical preservation, whether as former service members or just those who wish to see this link to the past preserved. Your membership entitles you to frequent mailings and updates on the progress, special invitations from time to time, and the satisfaction of knowing you have helped to secure a place in history for this ship. Perhaps as important, you also earn the deep gratitude and respect of all those who have served on this ship and others like her for helping to preserve this living tribute to all.

Make A Donation

If you are able to make a donation of any amount, we will gratefully apply it to the ongoing costs for restoration, maintenance, and operation. If you wish, you may use the link below to make a donation through PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment site and can accept funds from anyone with an email address. You may use a credit card for your donation if you wish. Your donations may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will send you a receipt acknowledging your generous contribution for your records.

Adopt A Piece Of The Ship

The Foundation is offering everyone the opportunity to support the restoration efforts of the ZUNI/TAMAROA by "adopting" your own piece of the ship! We will proudly post a listing of the people and organizations that have shown their support on both the ship and here on the website. (Donors will be listed as anonymous if you wish.) For a $100 donation you may adopt a 1' by 1' piece of the deck, making you or a named recipient the official "adoptive guardian" of a part of the ship. Our new adoption certificate will be prepared, serialized and recorded, and sent to you on quality paper suitable for framing. See adoption details.

Volunteer Time Or Materials

We welcome those who have the time and energy and wish to support us directly. We regularly meet at the ship to continue the restoration work and would welcome your help. If you have any materials which might be useful to the ship, also let us know and we’ll see if we can put them to good use. Please contact us below and we will make arrangements.
